Craft Consortium work with both Royal Mail and specialist courier services to ensure we offer the best possible service.

Order Value: £2.99 - £4.99 = £2.50 P&P
Order Value: £4.99 - £9.99 = £4.00 P&P

Order Value: £19.99 - £32.00 = £5.95 P&P
Order Value: £32.00 - £49.99 = £9.99 P&P

Our standard delivery method is by Royal Mail 1st class, however, depending on size and weight, some items may be delivered via our courier service, any additional cost will be paid for by us. We are currently dispatching in 1-3 working days from when the order was placed. Please note: during busier periods this may be slightly longer.

Tracking will be provided with your order on dispatch, which will be sent to the email address used with your purchase.

Please note: Our courier will deliver your parcel between 8.00am-6.00pm. A signature is required on receipt of your parcel, so please choose a delivery address where you will be available between these times. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide you with a more specific delivery time.
If you are not available when the courier comes to deliver your parcel, they may leave it with a neighbour or in a safe place. If it is not possible to leave the parcel with a neighbour or in a safe place, a calling card will be left with instructions on how to arrange a redelivery.

Please note: our couriers will only attempt delivery twice, if the calling card is not responded to within the allotted time frame, the package will be returned to us and you will be liable for any redelivery costs.

Craft Consortium does not collect duties and taxes, and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs.
