If you are not happy with your purchase then we would be happy for you to return the item/s within 20 days of the purchase date.

 

Please enclose a note giving the reason for the return with your full details and your original order confirmation, and on receipt, we will exchange it for an alternative item or items.

 

If you would prefer, we will issue you with a full refund (including standard postage) within five working days of receipt of your returned item.

Please note: Any returned items must reach us in unopened, "new" condition with all original packaging present.

Any items received which have been opened will not be legible for a refund and will be returned to you.
